How far
along:
21 Weeks
Doctors
Appointment:
Just had one today and my blood pressure
is great! Last pregnancy I developed preclampsia at the very end of my
pregnancy. I'm super nervous about getting it again but it usually doesn't hit
until 24 weeks.
We also talked about scheduling my c-section (had a section for Little Bear) and she is going to call me by tomorrow with a confirmed date. EEK! This just got REAL!
Movement:
This baby is a kicker. Moving all about and doing flips on the sono. I feel the baby quite a bit but not strong enough for Tommy to feel yet.
Weight
Gain:
9lbs. overall I am packing on the pounds now. I am going to blame quite a few of those pounds on Christmas cookies.

| This was taken at 20 weeks and is my latest bump pic. |
Maternity
Clothes:
Got some Old Navy maternity clothes for Christmas and I pretty much live in them.
Sleep:
Just waking up
once a night to pee otherwise I am out like a light at
9pm.
Miss
Anything:
It's still caffeine. I
want a ice cold Cherry Coke sooo bad.
Food
Cravings:
Mozzie Sticks. I really really want some right now.
Aversions:
It's still the smell of meat
cooking. Chicken, chop meat, steak all gross me out to cook. I am making more of an effort to eat meat and cook home cooked meals depsite the fact that it makes me gag.
Gender:
Hee Hee I know but will reveal next week. I want to make sure I told all the family before I reveal on the blog.
Symptoms:
Stuffy nose and
I'm out of breath. I walk downstairs to switch the laundry and I'm huffing and
puffing.
Rings:
No issue yet. I
know that towards the end of my last pregnancy I just stopped wearing
them.
Moody or
Happy:
It's been a crazy emotional couple of weeks. I promise to share all about that on the blog soon. I am really starting to nest and as this is becoming more real I am getting excited and nervous.
Little Bear's Attitude:
I would say he is excited. He insists he is having a little sister (do you think he is right?) and he wants to name the baby Jesus. At least I know he was paying attention when I read him all those Christmas stories.
Looking
Forward:
Starting to get the nursey more put together.
Working on a baby book.
Just enjoying time with my Little Bear.

OMG I WANT TO KNOW!
ReplyDeleteI avoided meat like the plague until i was about 28 weeks.
Girl get you a cherry coke. You are out of the caffeine danger zone one won't kill you and it's magical!
