On a lark Tommy applied for a position with a company based in Charlotte, NC. Moving to Charlotte is something we have talked about extensively. We have visited twice and scoped out areas we liked. I have researched schools and I get daily emails of houses for sale.
So our decision should be a no brainer and when you put it on paper it is a no brainer, but there were many things we needed to consider.

Below is my pro and con list.
In the end we decided this wasn't the right time for us to move. Luke is still young and having the extra support/baby sitting especially with Collin's jam packed speech/OT schedule is nice. Our original move plan was to wait until Luke turned one which seems much more doable. Hopefully by that time I will have motherhood of two kids down and we will have made progress with Collin and his feeding/ sensory issues (more on that in another post).
Do you live close to family? Would you ever move far away?
